Restore the lifetime unlock

1. Open PatternMark.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Restore purchases.
4. Confirm that the device is signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
5. Make sure the device has an internet connection while restoring.

PatternMark's lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not require buying it again when you restore using the same store account. Cross-platform transfer between Apple and Google accounts is not guaranteed.

Free version and lifetime unlock

The free version includes:

• A bundled demonstration pattern
• Full grid calibration
• Symbol highlighting
• Stitch marking
• Progress tracking
• Undo and redo

The lifetime unlock adds personal PDF import, unlimited projects and chart pages, and project backup and restoration.

PDF import help

• Use a standard, non-password-protected PDF with raster or vector chart pages.
• Select only the pages that contain the chart when prompted.
• Calibrate each chart page before tracking begins.
• If an import fails, try reopening the PDF or converting it to a supported format.

Calibration and matching tips

• Crop to the chart and tap two grid intersections before entering the cell count.
• Fine-tune the overlay if highlights drift from the printed cells.
• Adjust match sensitivity to find fewer or more likely matches.
• Use manual include and exclude corrections when matching is imperfect.

Projects and backups

Project data is stored locally. Use Settings to export a project backup or restore one from a file. Deleting the app or losing the device may remove project data; PatternMark does not currently provide cloud backups.

Purchase and refund help

Apple and Google process payments directly. Sleepycat Software cannot view complete payment-card details. For a refund or help with a store charge, use the purchase-history or support tools provided by Apple App Store or Google Play.
